About Our Services
What are your main packaging solutions?
Four material lines from one supply chain: molded bagasse tableware, kraft and white paper cups, bowls, boxes and trays, PP containers for microwave use, and cornstarch-based compostable containers. Every line is available stock or custom printed, and mixed lines can ship in one container.
Yes. Send a drawing, a 3D file or a reference sample. We handle artwork preparation, Pantone matching, cylinder and plate making, and a pre-production sample before the run starts. Tooling cost is quoted separately and stated up front, not absorbed into the unit price.
Stock sizes can be ordered by the carton. Custom printed runs carry a higher minimum because of plate and cylinder cost. Mixed sizes and mixed print can be combined in one order, so you can test a market before committing to a full container.
Quotes come back within one working day, with pricing, tooling cost and production lead time in the same reply. Stock samples ship in three to five days; custom printed mock-ups take seven to ten.
BRC A-grade and ISO 22000 certificates from the producing plant, a declaration of compliance, a migration test report for the finished article, and a PFAS / total organic fluorine report where the lining requires it. Compostability is certified per SKU, not per material — a certified fibre does not make a certified box.
Yes — molded fibre inserts and trays for electronics, cosmetics and appliances, tooled from your 3D file. Same plants, same documentation, and it can ship in the same container as a food packaging order.
