Gold / Aluminium Foil Disposable Sand Ashtray

A single-use sand ashtray with a foil-laminated paper body: Ø88 mm across the rim, Ø82 mm across the base, 33.5 mm high, packed 25 per tube. The tube itself is Ø96 × 247 mm.

Construction

The foil wrap is the difference from the plain format, and it is a table-top decision rather than a technical one: at a wedding banquet or in a hotel suite, the ashtray sits next to the glassware, and a gold or silver surface reads as part of the setting instead of as a disposable.

The packing does the technical work. The tube is double-walled with a sealed bag inside, which matters because the fill is a granulate that clumps if it takes up moisture in a warehouse or a sea container. A single-wall tube with an open top gives you sand that no longer flows freely by the time it reaches the venue.

Fit and limits

Banquet and wedding venues, hotel suites, gift and hospitality channels. Same physical format as the plain 88 mm version, so table plans can be mixed without changing the footprint. The paper body is not fire-resistant and the granulate is resin-based: the article is disposable, not recyclable or compostable, and the foil layer means it should not be described as a paper product alone.

Specification notes
