Construction
The divider is formed in the mould rather than inserted, so there is no seam for sauce to migrate across. The 243 mm length runs the full width of a standard cutlery set lying flat, which matters if cutlery is packed inside the box rather than bagged separately.
Material
"Corn starch-based" describes the compound, not the disposal route. Starch is normally blended with a polyester such as PBAT or PLA, and the ratio sets both heat tolerance and whether a compostability claim can be defended. Ask for the blend and the certificate behind whatever wording goes on the pack.
Fit and limits
Hot and cold prepared food within the compound's rated temperature. Not for oven use, and not microwavable unless the grade has been validated. Hand-measured to ±0.3 cm — acceptable for manual packing, marginal for an automated line, so request a dimensional report before committing a machine. Not leak-proof: thin sauce needs a trial on your own filling line first.

Capacity, dimensions, sets per carton and tolerance are as stated on the drawing. Carton dimensions and gross weight are not on it and are therefore absent here rather than estimated. Tolerance is a hand-measurement figure, not a coordinate-measuring report.
