800 ml Oval Bagasse Lunch Box — GR-H04
GR-H04 is an 800 ml single-compartment lunch box moulded from sugarcane bagasse fibre: 230 × 130 × 45 mm, 20 g per piece. It is supplied as a base; no lid is shown on the drawing.
Construction
At 20 g for 800 ml the shell is thin, which is the whole point of moulded fibre: the pulp is formed on a wire screen and dried, so stiffness comes from the shape rather than from wall thickness. The plan is 230 × 130 mm — narrower than a square box of the same capacity, which is what lets it drop into delivery bags and bag inserts built around rice-bowl formats.
The trade-off is carton efficiency. Curved walls leave dead space in the corners of a case, so this format will not match a square box of the same capacity on cube. Where carton cost dominates, price the square alternative alongside it; where spillage and remakes dominate, the oval usually wins.
Fit and limits
Rice bowls, grain bowls, poke, salad and meal-prep portions. Moulded fibre takes up water and oil unless it carries a barrier, so what the box can hold is decided by the coating rather than by the shape — establish what the barrier is before specifying a sauce-heavy menu. Not for oven use, and not for thin liquids in transit without a trial on your own line. If the channel needs a closed box, settle the lid question before anything else, because none appears on this drawing.
Specification notes
Every figure on this page is taken from the product drawing; nothing is inferred or rounded. The drawing states no lid, no carton quantity and no gross weight, so none is quoted. Barrier specification is the one thing to establish before a sauce-heavy menu is signed off, because it, not the shape, decides what the box can hold.
