Terms of Use

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to the website only; supply of goods is governed by the quotation, order confirmation and contract agreed for each order.

2. Business use only

This site is intended for businesses and professional buyers. It is not directed at consumers, and nothing on it constitutes a consumer offer. By requesting a quotation you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business.

3. Information on the site

Product descriptions, specifications, capacity ranges, material options and lead times are provided for guidance. They are not a binding offer and may be changed without notice as materials, tooling or processes change.

Regulatory information. Pages discussing PFAS restrictions, the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, food-contact rules and similar topics are provided for general orientation. They are not legal advice. Obligations differ by jurisdiction, by product and by end use, and they change. You are responsible for confirming that a product meets the rules applicable to your market and application before you place an order.

4. Quotations and orders

A quotation is valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise, and is subject to the specification, quantity and delivery terms set out in it. An order becomes binding only when we issue a written order confirmation.

Where custom printing or tooling is involved, colour matching is to the approved proof or physical sample within normal commercial tolerances for the process. Quantities may vary within the industry-standard over/under allowance stated on the order confirmation.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, product photography, diagrams, layout and the Jiantong name and marks — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view, download and print pages for the purpose of evaluating and purchasing our products. You may not republish, resell or use the content commercially, or use our marks, without written permission.

Artwork you send us remains yours. By sending it you grant us and our manufacturing partners the right to use it for the purpose of quoting, sampling and producing your order.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system
  • submit false, misleading or third-party personal data through enquiry forms
  • scrape or copy the site at scale, or interfere with its normal operation
  • use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages

7. Third-party links

Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the site without notice.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • The site is provided "as is". We exclude implied warranties regarding accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from use of the site.
  • Our total liability in connection with the site is limited to the amount paid by you to us for the products to which the claim relates, or where no order exists, to one hundred US dollars.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability for supplied goods is governed by the contract for that supply, not by this section.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy. Those documents form part of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version and effective date at the top of this page reflect the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice. If the dispute is not resolved, it will be referred to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in Beijing, in English, by one arbitrator. The arbitral award is final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim relief from a competent court.
