Moulded fibre：Bagasse is pulped, formed on heated moulds, pressed, trimmed and packed on site. Oil and water resistance comes from the fibre and the pressing — there is no coating to add afterwards, which is why a bagasse container can claim PFAS-free without a lining declaration. Compartment trays, clamshells, bowls, plates and 90 mm cup lids are all tooled in-house.
Paper converting： Board is printed by flexo, die-cut, formed and sealed. Coating and lining are applied at the board stage, before forming, rather than sprayed on afterwards. That is what makes a lining change possible without rebuilding the cup: the forming tooling stays, the board changes.
Tooling：Send a drawing, a STEP file or a reference sample. New moulds are cut, a first-off sample is shot and sent for approval, and production starts only after you sign it off. Tooling cost is quoted as a separate line rather than folded into the unit price, so you can see what you are paying for and what you own.
Control：Every order runs on the specification sheet we issue and the QC protocol we set. The plant makes to that standard; we release the documents once it does.
